Catmandoo!

Champion wrestler and mediocre Elvis impersonator.

He is both Cat and Man...with one fierce doo!

Knowing well his hatred of cats his arch rival Shamaniac (2 time champion; though both outcomes were protested,) sprinkled magical dandruff reducing dusty stuff on his head....turning his head...and other undisclosed parts of his body...into a Cat!

"I haaaaaaaaaate cats....rather be a hound dog baby." says Catmandoo.

Shamaniacs treachery backfired, because this man cat is on the prowl and has nabbed himself the championship belt!

"Hail to the cat baby!"

Apple Girl Complete

A while ago I posted a sketch of this Apple Girl Illustration I was working on. I finally completed.

I'm really happy with it because while I feel like I'm really good at using watercolor for sketching from life or just coloring a character quickly I find it harder to plan an illustration with watercolor. When I do finish one I usually don't like it.

This one was different because I thought about it for a bit (way too long,) and created a color thumbnail for it which helped immensely. I also had a false start but it proved to be useful since the second time was much easier and I felt more prepared to finish it off.

I'm going to be making more Illustrations like these in the future.
